Working with Adeola has been amazing!! She is so kind and thoughtful. She is so intuitive and in tune! You can tell she actually cares about the work she does, which is hard to find with spiritual practitioners these days. In just 6 weeks, her workshop changed my life forever. I am so deeply grateful. My experience was extremely empowering and sacred. I was left speechless and in a state of complete bliss afterwards. I honestly have so much that I could say, but I would rather those of you reading this to find out for yourself, instead of me ruining the surprise for you. Just know that if you have the opportunity to work with her, you will be gifted with an abundance that cannot be taken from you. I would easily say yes to any future opportunities to work alongside her again :)

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a wonderfully executed womb meditation lead by Adeola Osunlowo. It was truly a transformative and nurturing experience that we all enjoyed very much. Adeola created a safe and welcoming space where we connected with our power and fully embraced the release she provided. The meditation was thoughtfully designed to honor and celebrate the unique experiences of Black women, our wombs, our individualities, and provided a deep sense of connection and healing throughout the meditation experience. We highly recommend this empowering and enriching experience to anyone seeking a more meaningful and rejuvenating journey.
Thanks for all that you do sis, it’s a please being in community with you. See you soon!

Working with Adeola for the Womban Unspoken: Womb Tea and Storytelling with Sound Healing was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we connected, it was clear that her vision and passion for this work are deeply rooted in purpose and intention. Adeola’s ability to create a sacred, African-centered space for healing and storytelling is truly a calling for her, and it was an honor to contribute with a sound healing session.
The event was imbued with so much intention and care that it resonated deeply with everyone in attendance. Walking away, I felt a profound sense of knowledge gained, wisdom received, and connection cultivated among all who shared the space. The sisterhood that emerged during the event was nothing short of beautiful, a testament to the safe and empowering atmosphere Adeola created.
I would highly recommend Adeola’s delicious womb teas. They are crafted with so much care and intention, making them a perfect complement to the powerful healing spaces she creates. I am genuinely looking forward to partnering with her again in the future, participating in more of her beautifully curated events, and continuing to share her work with other women. This work is so needed in Metro Detroit and Flint, and Adeola’s leadership in fostering these spaces is transformative. Her dedication to uplifting women through healing and storytelling is awe-inspiring, and I’m grateful to have been a part of something so powerful. This event was not just a gathering; it was a movement toward collective healing and empowerment.
